Conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions, unless modified or waived by express written agreement between the parties, govern all contracts between the company Shhhine! with registered office in Italy at Corso G. Matteotti 45 – 61032 Fano (PU) – P.IVA: 02828170411 (hereinafter also referred to as the Distributor or Seller Company) and the final consumer.
SUBJECT
The present general terms and conditions govern, the contracts for the purchase of materials marketed by the company SHHHINE!, (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) concluded between Shhhine! and the End User. In particular, the materials marketed by the Distributor Company consist of insert type products marketed.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The Customer, through e-mail confirmation of his purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in his relations with Shhhine!, the general and payment conditions indicated below, declaring that he has read and accepted all the indications provided to him under this agreement and the general sales conditions cited herein, also acknowledging that Shhhine! itself does not consider itself bound to different conditions unless previously agreed in writing.
ORDERS
Orders are placed online via the object selection. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by Shhhine! for the chosen material.
PRICES
All prices of the articles in the Shhhine! catalogue are inclusive of taxes and are therefore final prices to the customer excluding only transport costs. Prices are per piece as specified in the online catalogue.
GUARANTEE
The products covered by the contract are guaranteed to conform to the specifications in the product sheets and to be consistent with currently applicable international standards. Any complaints must be reported by registered mail with return receipt to the seller company Shhhine! at the registered office located in Italy, Corso G. Matteotti 45 – 61032 Fano (PU), within the terms of the law.
Shipping
Shhhine delivers to Italy, San Marino, Spain, Portugal and the UK.
Italy and San Marino
Shipping costs for Italy and San Marino are €2.99.
For the islands of Sardinia and Sicily the shipping cost is €5.99.
We provide free shipping for all orders over €62.90.
We ship throughout Italy safely and reliably by courier, with delivery in 2/3 working days.
Spain and Portugal
Shipping costs for Spain are €4.99.
Shipping costs to Portugal are 5.99 €.
For Spain and Portugal we provide free shipping for all orders over €62.90.
United Kingdom
Shipping costs for the UK are €8.99.
For the UK, we provide a free shipping service for all orders over €69.
Payments
Payment can be made by paypal, bank transfer, credit card and cash on delivery (cash on delivery).

payment will be made immediately upon completion of the order;

Returns
The consumer has the opportunity to return the goods within 14 days of purchase;
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by writing to info@shhhine.eu
In order to make use of the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that:
the customer expresses the wish to make use of the right of withdrawal;
the purchased goods are undamaged and returned in their original packaging;
the product is returned in the time and manner described above. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be examined for any non-transport damage. After checking the integrity of the goods, we will issue a refund.
Shhhine! shall not be liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of products returned by uninsured shipments.
